2. Suspected US strikes pummel Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen: Initial reports from the Houthis described at least seven people being hurt in the attacks Friday in Sanaa, Yemen’s capital that the rebels have held since 2014. (AP)

3. Israel’s antisemitism conference draws Europe’s far-right leaders to Jerusalem: Thursday’s conference illuminated the increasingly strained relationship between Israel and its traditional allies in the West, which have grown uneasy with Israeli politics and the direction of the country’s devastating war in Gaza. (AP) (AC-Interesting note that any politician not considered globalist or statist is labeled ‘far-right’ numerous times in this article. Also interesting is Israel’s continued narrative warfare strategy of antisemitism.)

-US Events-
1. Trump signs executive order to end collective bargaining at agencies involved with national security: President Donald Trump announced moves to end collective bargaining with federal labor unions in agencies with national security missions. The Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 was cited as giving Trump authority to end bargaining because of these agencies’ roles in safeguarding national security. Unions have vowed to fight the move, which the White House called necessary to avoid obstruction of Trump’s agenda to protect Americans. (GroundNews)

2. Secretary of State Marco Rubio Says 300 Foreign Students Had Visas Revoked: “Maybe more, it might be more than 300 at this point,” Rubio said. “We do it every day. Every time I find one of these lunatics, I take away their visa.” Rubio said he hopes the numbers rise as time goes on. (Breitbart)

-CBDCs/World Currencies/Strategic Reserves-
1. Rep. Tom Emmer Slams Wyoming Stablecoin as CBDC By Another Name: House Majority Whip Tom Emmer criticized Wyoming’s plan to issue a stablecoin, expressing strong opposition to any government issuing a tokenized currency. -Institutional Concerns-
1. GameStop shares drop 22% after the retailer issues debt to buy bitcoin: The meme stock plunged 22.1%, following an almost 12% rally the previous session. The reversal came after the video game chain announced plans to raise $1.3 billion through the sale of convertible senior notes due in 2030 to buy bitcoin. “With GameStop already trading at more than 2x its cash holdings it is unlikely that its conversion of cash into Bitcoin will drive an even greater premium,” (CNBC)

2. Spot bitcoin ETFs report 10th straight day of net inflows, analyst says bitcoin demand persists: “This suggests that while institutions are not aggressively risk-on, there is still demand for bitcoin exposure in the market,” said Min Jung, analyst of Presto Research. (TheBlock)

-Economic Indicators-
1. US Stocks Fall as Tariffs Concerns Weigh: US stocks closed lower on Thursday as investors reacted to President Trump’s announcement of new tariffs on foreign-made autos, sparking concerns about a potential trade war and its broader impact on the global economy. The S&P 500 dropped 0.3%, the Dow Jones lost 155 points, and the Nasdaq 100 declined by over 0.5%. Trump’s decision to impose a 25% tariff on imported cars, effective in April, heightened fears of escalating trade tensions, particularly with key trading partners like the EU and Canada. (TradingEconomics)

-Security Incidents and Concerns-
1. Sei Foundation looks to acquire bankrupt 23andMe in major DeSci move: In a statement released on March 27, the Foundation revealed that the acquisition would mark a significant step toward protecting genetic data through on-chain solutions. According to the Foundation: “We believe user data sovereignty is a matter of national security. When an American biotech pioneer faces bankruptcy, personal genomic data of millions becomes vulnerable to parties that may not share the same values of transparency and open access.” Sei believes its acquisition would allow individuals to gain complete control over their personal information by transitioning the company’s genetic records to a blockchain-based system. The organization sees the potential acquisition as a strategic push into Decentralized Science (DeSci), an emerging field that applies blockchain principles to scientific research and data management.(CryptoSlate) (AC-The DeSci moniker is relatively new and based upon the science industry’s effort to open-source and ‘blockchain’ research, funding, and dissemination of scientific efforts. The shift compels continued observations.)

(ZeroHedge)
